Manager Records - League Games
The table below shows the full record of QPR managers in League Games only.
The default sort is by Total Games managed but by clicking on the top of a column you can sort this by number of Wins, defeats, Goals Scored, win%, PPG (Points per game) etc.
Alec Stock sits top of the pile for most options. He managed the most QPR League games in charge for 410 games.
He also has the most wins (2194), the most draws (98) the most goals scored (775), the most clean sheets (121) and the most goals conceded (560).
The Manager with the most defeats is Jack Taylor who lost 128 of his 322 games, 10 more than Alec Stock.
The manager with the highest win percentage is Terry Venables who won a staggering 52.94% of his league games as he won promotion in 1983 and then qualified for Europe finishing 5th in 1984. Venables also has the highest PPG with 1.77 points per game.
Alec Stock and Gordon Jago are the next highest with 1.66. For more modern-day managers, Neil Warnock sits with the 8th highest PPG (1.56) from his 80 league games.
Points Won is based on 3 points for a win to make it the same for all managers, despite many of them only getting 2 points for a win. Alec Stock unsurprisingly has the highest number of points with 680 out of a possible 1230. The great James Cowan sits 2nd on 430 points won whilst Ian Holloway's first spell as QPR manager saw him win 354 points.
