Mick "Michael" Beale

Mick Beale had a short and successful spell as QPR manager in 2022.The young manager had his first managerial role and had a tough start winning just one of his first six games in charge.

He quickly turned things around though with a hugely impressive win at Watford before winning 8 of the next 11 games guiding up to the top of the Championship.

Hope for promotion was high, but he openly courted the Glasgow Rangers job and got his wish moving on during the World Cup break in November.

He left QPR with a 40% win percentage and a feeling of what if for both the club and the manager as both struggled following his departure.
